Chuck is the owner and CFO of SBS Management. When he founded the company, his goal was to create a property management company that treated their customers like a family would. His 45+ years of experience in property management and degree in accounting has made him a master at overseeing association books, budgeting, policies, and developer procedures. When Chuck isn’t at the office you’ll find him spending time with his family—either traveling or watching hockey.
