Mike Goddard

Property Manager

Michael J. Goddard (Mike) joined SBS in February of 2025 with an extensive background in customer and client service as well as experience in property claims, property operations [rentals], and underwriting insurance surveys. He served as treasurer and trustee for the Piatt Meadows HOA for four years. He currently works as an Event Security Professional at Nationwide Arena and has run his own successful videography business, MyxVu, LLC. Mike is a Notary Public for the State of Ohio and has achieved both an MBA and Master of Project Management degree. He resides in Lewis Center with his wife, Kat, and miniature schnauzer, Schauten. Mike is a huge Minnesota Vikings and Columbus Blue Jackets fan and enjoys both Marvel movies and collectibles and the Harry Potter series of books and movies.
